We'll talk about sighting, about tides and currents about preparation and hypothermia and how to prevent and spot it. We'll answer your questions and go swim !

Held at Aquatic Park San Francisco, a hotbed of open water swimmers, this will get you going on your first swim or your next. No more than 5 swimmers per coach, it's a very personalized introduction.
